Try this quick and easy to make Asian ginger salad dressing on your next salad, or as a marinade for vegetables or meats.
What you need:
- 2/3 c onion, minced
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/4 c rice vinegar
- 2 T water
- 1 1/2 T soy sauce
- 2 T ketchup
- 2 T celery, minced
- 2 T ginger, minced
- 1 T lemon juice
- 2 t sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
What you do:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend at high speed for approximately 1 minute. Serve on a salad, or try as a marinade or vegetables, pork, beef or chicken.
