Asian Barbecued Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 3 T soy sauce
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 1 T brown sugar
- 1/8 t black pepper
Instructions
- Place garlic, soy sauce, sesame seeds, brown sugar, and black pepper in an airtight container and mix.
- Dredge chicken breasts in mixture to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 or more hours, turning chicken once while marinating to re-coat.
- Place on hot grill and cook over med heat, or medium hot coals for 7-8 minutes per side.
- Baste chicken with excess marinade while grilling.
