What you need:

  • 6 oz soft snappy cheese
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1 c flour

What you do:

  • Cream together snappy cheese and butter.  Add 1 c flour to
    mixture.  Form into balls the size of walnuts and freeze on a
    cookie sheet covered with wax paper.  
  • When ready to serve, remove wax paper, place balls directly on
    cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
