What you need:
- 6 oz soft snappy cheese
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 c flour
What you do:
- Cream together snappy cheese and butter. Add 1 c flour to
mixture. Form into balls the size of walnuts and freeze on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
- When ready to serve, remove wax paper, place balls directly on
cookie sheet, and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees.
