What you need:

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1/2 c onion, diced
  • 2 T ketchup
  • 3 t prepared mustard
  • 1 T horseradish
  • salt and pepper to taste

What you need:

  • Combine all ingredients and hand mix.  Shape into 4 patties.  
    Cook over medium hot coals on the grill, or over med-high heat
    for 5-6 minutes on each side.  
  • Best served topped with melted cheddar cheese on toasted
    buns.
