What you need:
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1/2 c onion, diced
- 2 T ketchup
- 3 t prepared mustard
- 1 T horseradish
- salt and pepper to taste
What you need:
- Combine all ingredients and hand mix. Shape into 4 patties.
Cook over medium hot coals on the grill, or over med-high heat for 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Best served topped with melted cheddar cheese on toasted
buns.
