What you need:
- 11/2 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 11/2 t dried sage
- 11/2 t dried thyme
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/8 t salt
What you do:
- In a air tight container, combine garlic, sage, thyme, salt, pepper,
soy sauce and olive oil and mix. Place pork in container with other ingredients and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 4 or more hours, re-coating meat with marinade halfway through refrigeration.
- Grill tenderloin over medium hot coals, or over medium heat for
15 -18 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn pork halfway through cooking time and baste with marinade. Let pork stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
