What you need:
- 3 c cooked venison, chopped
- 3 c cooked potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/3 c onion, diced
- 3 T flour
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Heat oil in a large skillet. Combine remaining ingredients in a
large bowl and mix thoroughly. Add mixture to skillet and flatten to cover surface area of pan. Cook over medium heat until browned. Flip mixture to brown the other side; serve.
