What you need:
- 3-4 lbs spare ribs
- 1 c chicken broth
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c brown sugar
- 2 T soy sauce
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 3 T ketchup
- 1/4 t black pepper
What you do:
- Cut ribs so they fit into a 31/2 - 4 quart crock-pot. Combine
remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour mixture over ribs. Cook, covered, for 8 -10 hours on low. Ribs are done when meat is falling off the bone
