What you need:
- 1.5 c dry elbow macaroni
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 1/2 c celery, chopped
- 2 T vinegar
- 2 T prepared mustard
- 2 T onion, chopped fine
- 1 T sugar
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Cook macaroni according to package directions, rinse with cold
water and drain. Add macaroni, eggs, celery, onion, salt and pepper to a medium bowl and mix. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and sugar. Add mayonnaise mixture to macaroni mixture. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
