What you need:
- 11/4 c flour
- 11/4 c walnuts, chopped
- 1/3 c cocoa
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 21/4 c sugar
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c melted butter
- 1 t vanilla
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add cocoa and mix.
In another bowl, combine eggs, sugar, vanilla and butter and mix
until smooth. Add flour mixture and stir until well mixed. Stir in
walnuts. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake for 25 - 28 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into the
center of brownie pan comes out clean.
