What you need:

  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1/3 c bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c onion, minced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 T prepared horseradish
  • 21/2 T milk
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix with hands
    until well combined.  Shape into four patties.  Cook patties in a
    hot skillet for 10 minutes or until juices run clear, flipping once.  
    Serve with brown gravy.
