What you need:
- 1 lb ground sirloin
- 1/3 c bread crumbs
- 1/3 c onion, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 T prepared horseradish
- 21/2 T milk
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
What you do:
- Add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix with hands
until well combined. Shape into four patties. Cook patties in a hot skillet for 10 minutes or until juices run clear, flipping once. Serve with brown gravy.
