What you need:
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 T prepared mustard
- 2 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 t liquid smoke
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a gallon sized airtight plastic bag or
plastic container and mix. Add 2 lbs chicken, pork or lamb to container and mix to coat. Refrigerate for 4 or more hours, mixing to coat at least once. Use remaining marinade to baste while grilling.
