What you need:
- 1 large tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 T chopped fresh basil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 T extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ t balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Combine basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add tomato and toss until evenly coated. Let sit at room temperature about an hour before serving.
