What you need:
- 1.5 lbs asparagus, washed
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t garlic salt
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 t red wine vinegar
- 1/2 t sugar
What you do:
- Trim 1/2 inch off asparagus stalks. Steam asparagus for 10
minutes, or until tender but not soggy. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix. Pour mixture over asparagus and serve.
