What you need:
- 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
- 6 oz uncooked macaroni, cooked al dente and drained
- 1/2 c onion, chopped
- 4 oz can mushrooms, drained
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 c water
- 2 t beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 c flour
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
What you do:
- Add ground beef, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, bouillon and
mushrooms to crock pot and mix. Add Worcestershire and water and mix. Cook, covered, for 4 hours on low. Add macaroni and sour cream and mix. Continue cooking for 30 minutes on low; serve.
