What you need:
- 1 c cooked chicken, chopped
- 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c celery, sliced
- 1.5 c chow mein noodles
- 1/4 c green onion, sliced
- 8 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1/4 c milk
- 1 T soy sauce
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together soup,
soy sauce and milk. Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 c chow mein noodles and mix. Add mixture to a medium casserole dish. Top with remaining chow mein noodles. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
