What you need:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz uncooked spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 15 oz can chili with beans
- 14.5 oz can Italian style stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13" x 9" baking dish or pan with
nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, add ground beef, onion and green pepper and
season with salt and pepper. Cook until ground beef is browned; drain.
- Combine all the ingredients in the baking dish and mix
thoroughly. Cook, covered, for 30 minutes, or until hot throughout and cheese is melted.
