What you need:
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 10 ¾ oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c 2% milk
- ½ c cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ t paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
What you do:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and paprika. Cook over
medium heat, in large skillet, until nicely browned and juices run clear.
- Combine remaining ingredients then pour over chicken.
Continue to cook over medium low heat until everything is heated through.
- This is good served over rice or mashed potatoes.
