What you need:

  • 2.5 c cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz) bags frozen broccoli, cooked according to package
  • 10.75 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c milk

What you do:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  • Combine cream of mushroom soup and milk in a small bowl.  
    Place chicken, broccoli and soup mixture in a 13 x 9 inch baking
    pan and mix.  Top with sharp cheddar cheese.  Bake,
    uncovered, for 30-35 minutes, or until cheese is melted and
    casserole is heated through.
