What you need:

  • 8 oz package cream cheese
  • 4 oz blue cheese
  • 3T milk
  • 1 T prepared mustard
  • 1/8 t pepper

What you do:

  • Make sure cheese is softened.  Add all ingredients into blender.  
    Blend until smooth using "blend" setting; serve.
