What you need:
- 5 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 2 medium avocados, pitted and peeled
- 2/3 c sour cream
- 2 t minced onion
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t salt
What you do:
- Mash avocados with fork. Combine with sour cream, onion,
lemon juice and salt; mix. Refrigerate until chilled. Mix in bacon and serve.
