What you need:
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained
- 14 ¾ oz can creamed corn
- 8 ½ oz package dry corn bread mix
- 1 c sour cream
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ½ c butter, melted
- 2 T sugar
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9” x 9” baking dish with non-stick
cooking spray. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl then transfer to prepared baking dish. Bake for 55 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
