What you need:
- 2 c cooked ham, cut into bite sized pieces
- 26-28 oz jar marinara or spaghetti sauce of choice
- 12 oz package of fettuccine, cooked and drained
- 16 oz package frozen Italian green beans
- 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
What you do:
- Add spaghetti sauce, garlic, mushrooms, green beans and
cheese to a large skillet and heat to simmer. Continue simmering 10 -12 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cover, add ham, and resume heating for 10 minutes on low heat. Serve over fettuccine.
