What you need:

  • 3-4 lbs spare ribs
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • 1/4 c honey
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 T ketchup
  • 1/4 t black pepper

What you do:

  • Cut ribs so they fit into a 31/2 - 4 quart crock-pot.  Combine
    remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix.  Pour mixture over ribs.  
    Cook, covered, for 8 -10 hours on low.  Ribs are done when
    meat is falling off the bone
