What you need:
- 2 lbs lean ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 large onion
- 1 c beef broth
- 1 c yellow rice, raw
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 28 oz can diced tomatoes
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in a 3.5 - 4 quart slow cooker and mix.
Cook, covered, for 8 hours on low.
