What you need:
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 8 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 c fresh blackberries
- 1/2 c walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 c mayonnaise
- leaf lettuce
What you do:
- In a medium to large bowl, gently mix together apples, pineapple,
blackberries, walnuts and mayonnaise. Serve over leaf lettuce.
